Barcelona is a city appreciated for different things: its art, architecture, food, beaches, shopping… For my part, I liked Barcelona especially for the special architecture and for the delicious Spanish food. There are so many things to do there. Here are my 5 favorites:

#1 Park Guëll
It’s very touristic but the Park Guëll is my favorite place in Barcelona. I really like the architecture of the park with all the colorful mosaïc benches and statues, it’s very pretty!

#2 Sagrada Familia
You can’t miss the Sagrada Familia, the symbol of the town. The church build by Gaudi in 1882 is not finished yet, it’s still under construction. Despite this, the outside is very beautiful. The inside is as well, but according to me, the entrance is a bit expensive.

#3 La Rambla
La Rambla is the most popular avenue of Barcelona. You will find there lots of shops, souvenirs shops, bars, restaurants… This is a crowded place, as well during the day than during the night.

#4 La Boqueria
La Boqueria is a food market located in La Rambla. Be ready to see a lot of colors, to smell a lot of perfumes and to see a lot of delicious things. Fresh fruits, candies, fish, meat, ham, smoothies, cheese… The perfect place to try a bit of everything!

#5 Camp Nou
You might not be interested in this visit if you don’t like football. But if you do, even if you’re not a fan of F.C. Barcelona, it’s a cool visit to do. You’ll see the stadium, the cloakrooms, the museum…

Barcelona is one of my favorite cities and these are the absolute essential things to do in Barcelona. I haven’t been to Camp Nou yet but will check that out when I’m there in a few weeks <3
